Property owners in Fairfax County paid 1.1% of the value of their homes in property taxes in the first quarter of 2024, which is more than 1 time the national average, according to the real estate analysis posted by South Fairfax News.
In March, the median sale price of a home in Fairfax County rose by $70,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales decreased by 7.2%.
Of the 1,146,825 citizens living in Fairfax County in 2021, 76.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 876,892 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.
There were 11 companies in cities associated with Fairfax County that received 12 FDA inspections in 2023, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Association.
