February 21

The Employee Retention Tax Credit is a complex and often misunderstood pandemic-related stimulus program that rewards employers p to $26,000 per employee for keeping people on payroll during 2020 and 2021.

In this Ask the Expert Series, we will be joined by Jason Herrington, a Senior ERTC Consultant with Jorns & Associates. Jorns & Associates is one of the largest specialty CPA firms in the country that helps employers claim the ERC (Employee Retention Tax Credit.)

About the SpeakerBefore his current role with Jorns & Associates, Jason Herrington owned and managed multiple food-delivery franchises across the country and learned firsthand the challenges of running a small to medium-sized business in a turbulent economy. Jason says that his favorite part of his role with Jorns is educating employers about the resources available to them with the ERTC program and dispelling the misinformation given by many well-meaning "experts" who have simply not had the time to stay up-to-date on this program and the surrounding legislation. Jorns & Associates has helped over 10,000 companies retrieve over $5 billion in ERTC funds, and Jason will be offering free consultations to any employers who may need assistance with this filing.
