On Sunday, Feb. 23, former South County High School standout Rachel Britton’s current college team, the Memphis Tigers, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Georgia State Panthers.

The game took place at Bob Heck Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. at Hilda B. Anderson Softball Stadium against North Alabama Lions.
