On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Centreville High School standout Daria Haynie’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 11-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee State Tigers.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3:30 p.m. at E.S. Rose Park against Maryland Terrapins.
