On Tuesday, March 18, former Centreville High School standout Daria Haynie’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Murray State Racers.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their second matchup against the Racers this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 1:05 p.m. at Marian Kneer Stadium against Illinois State Redbirds.
