On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Lake Braddock Secondary School standout Nora Abromavage’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Thunderbirds this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium against Alabama Crimson Tide.
