You are a NOVA Trailblazer if you…have experienced the Northern Virginia/DC/MD trail system;have considered exploring any of the local trails;wondered what all the hype is about; and/orreally wanted to explore the local trails but felt unprepared to strike out on your own.Why join the group walks?These walks/hikes/runs have all been planned (for weeks now) by skilled and experienced wellness professionals. Join, watch, and learn so that you can later manage your own individual walks or schedule sessions with your family and friends.What a wonderful opportunity to take the spirit of NOVA Walk Week off our campuses.
