On Saturday, March 1, former West Springfield High School standout Liam Golden’s current college team, the Navy Midshipmen, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Sacred Heart Pioneers.

The game took place at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Midshipmen’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium against Sacred Heart Pioneers.
