On Sunday, March 9, former Centreville High School standout Daria Haynie’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Brown Bears.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3:30 p.m. at E.S. Rose Park against Murray State Racers.
